The sale was negotiated brilliantly by Rebecca Passey and we were always kept informed of progress(or lack of it!!!!). I feel that as our property was sold almost as soon as it went on the market & that I supplied all the images for the details charging so much for the sale was wrong, there aught to be a time scale ie. if a property is sold in the first week by the seller (the agents did not show the buyers... I feel that as our property was sold almost as soon as it went on the market & that I supplied all the images for the details charging so much for the sale was wrong, there aught to be a time scale ie. if a property is sold in the first week by the seller (the agents did not show the buyers around) then they shouldn't be charged the full selling rate they should only pay a percentage of it.
