The sale was negotiated brilliantly by Rebecca Passey and we were always kept informed of progress(or lack of it!!!!). Karen Evans was working over and above our expectations when things stalled and kept us informed every step of the way. The service received was excellent and we would highly recommend this agent.

I feel that as our property was sold almost as soon as it went on the market & that I supplied all the images for the details charging so much for the sale was wrong, there aught to be a time scale ie. if a property is sold in the first week by the seller (the agents did not show the buyers... I feel that as our property was sold almost as soon as it went on the market & that I supplied all the images for the details charging so much for the sale was wrong, there aught to be a time scale ie. if a property is sold in the first week by the seller (the agents did not show the buyers around) then they shouldn't be charged the full selling rate they should only pay a percentage of it.

The agents were very sympathetic to the fact that my property had been on the market for a long period of time.They identified that the viewings needed to be taken over by themselves and put in strategies to present the house in a positive way,leaving me out of this responsibiity.The communication between us and the purchasers was very good and they were very professional from throughout the entire process which happened to be very swift in the end.
