I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Aspire Rental Agency, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. I had booked a place through the agent, and everything seemed fine initially. My offer was accepted, and I even paid the reservation deposit as instructed. We and two flatmates were in the middle of sending all documenta to agent. However, just when I thought I was set to move into my new place, Aspire decided to cancel my reservation without any valid reason.
Let's talk about the cancellation itself. First of all, it is completely against regulations to cancel a reservation without proper cause. As a tenant, I had every right to expect that my reservation would be honored. Yet, Aspire seemed to have no regard for their legal obligations and simply brushed me off with a casual cancellation notice. It was a clear case of the landlord wanting someone to pay more for the place and Aspire not hesitating to betray their customers.
The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Aspire was appalling. After paying the reservation deposit, I expected some level of accountability and transparency. However, it seemed like they couldn't care less about my situation. I reached out to agent, but all I received were vague and evasive responses. They failed to provide any substantial information or offer any alternative solutions. It was evident that Aspire had absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction.
The entire experience left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and with a complete lack of trust in Aspire Rental Agency. Not only did they waste my time, but they also put me in a difficult situation of finding another place to live at short notice. Their actions were unprofessional, unethical, and simply unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting through Aspire Rental Agency to proceed with extreme caution. Their disregard for regulations, lack of communication, and overall unprofessionalism make them an unreliable and untrustworthy rental agency. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company that values their customers and abides by the rules. Aspire Rental Agency has certainly earned its place at the bottom of my list.

Unprofessional and poor quality conduct, making a promise and do something else, confuses customers.

The agent promised last week to take the wrong information off its website but did not keep their promise. 3.This misleading information on its website already caused stress of the owner and a perspective buyer from another agent, because the wrong information on Aspire's website.
