Extremely poor service. Extremely poor service. We chose Aspire to be in charge of selling our property, our first impressions were very good sales man (so we thought), good knowledge of the market etc. We put our trust in Clifford from Balham branch to help push the sale of our property however that was not the case. 3 months on from signing contract there was no For Sale board up even asking countless times, a few doors down the road had their new sold board up, why was ours never sorted out. The lack of correspondence was ridiculous, I was the one that had to do all the chasing on what was going on. For the 3 months we had only one viewing only to find out that our property was taken off Rightmove without us being aware! We were then told that the Tooting branch was going to look after us promising calls on a weekly basis- this never happened and I had to email and call Chris several times. They promise alot of things but didn't follow through and for this we cancelled with them and went elsewhere. Do not recommend!

Excellent service throughout. George managed the process and it was as close to effortless as it could be. Viewings handled efficiently and conveniently and the contract process was very straightforward with minimal time/effort required on our side. Process from Aspire’s first viewing to exchange was around 8 weeks so couldn’t ask for more

My experience in dealing with Adam at Aspire was nothing short of first class. Going into the process of buying my first property I was very apprehensive, especially at a time when house prices were soaring and properties were changing hands very quickly. Adam was incredibly helpful and professional throughout, recommending us a mortgage broker, solicitor, surveyor and even local builder - all of which also provided a superb service. After the offer had been accepted the transaction hit a number of obstacles, all of which Adam helped us to navigate, constantly chasing up the seller and his solicitor when there were any hold ups and helping to arrange access to the property for our many surveyors. Even after our first mortgage fell through he kept faith with us and helped to keep the seller onside while we sorted out a new mortgage offer. Couldn't speak more highly of Adam and Aspire, and they will certainly be my first port of call the next time I need to visit an Estate Agents.
