Hi Janet, as the lettings manager for ARQ Homes I have now completed my investigation related to your complaint. Firstly my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you as the neighbour of this property by the rubbish left in the front of this property. Unfortunately, we don’t have inhouse removals so we rely on third party companies.
