I feel incredibly sorry for anyone who has their listings with Allen and Harris. My husband and i had to send in excess of 7 emails before we could actually secure a viewing and very nearly gave up trying. We also had to keep repeating ourselves regarding which property we wanted to see and when our availability was. They are the worst and not capable of reading the details of an email let alone replying and booking a viewing. Just lazy.

Comments on Agent Fees
I would struggle to find any reason to pay for the 'service' we were afforded.

calamitous. Wrong description to accompany the wrong photos was the starting point. The honesty of I just guessed what to say as i hadn't seen the property was refreshing. Viewings were arranged, re-arranged, cancelled and then came out of the blue without notice, usually with the viewers arriving before the agent. Personal favourite was the Branch Manager who wanted to come over to discuss some 'new ideas'. He didn't turn up, but apologised the next day saying his phone battery died, unfortunately his colleague had already called to apologise on his behalf saying he didn't have the details of the property, so couldn't find it. Impressively bad from start to finish, so i'd rate them highly for consistency.
