Under Lavery lettings we have had an excellent service for the last 5 years and with the recent acquisition by Allan and Bath, we have had no cause for concern.
Recent interactions with Allan and Bath staff at the Ferndown Branch have been very helpful and timely. They have been keen to assist us as Landlords in securing the ongoing tennancy of the property and; given our residence offshore, the timely return of electronic communications has been greatly appreciated.
We rely heavily on their expertise in the full management of our property and Overall we are very satisifed with our relationship and would recommend.
