I have used Aidan J Reed for approx. 4 years and have no complaints, their service is efficient and staff are always helpful and honest. I have a number of properties with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Properties are re-let as soon as possible and I am always kept up to date with the progress of an application. On the management side, the quarterly inspection reports are extremely detailed and any issues raised are dealt with immediately.
I know that my properties are in good hands.

Aidan J Reed are generally efficient and fast at finding tenants (market demand notwithstanding), are good at communicating and helpful. The moving out side of things is always slightly more difficult for us as landlords as our expectations of how a tenant should leave a property is often at variance with the market (represented by AJR) and so we have frustrations over when or when we cannot charge for damage. On the whole, AJR are definitely recommended as professional and proficient.

Having researched the popular Agents in Loughborough and selected 3 to visit my property, I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and professionalism that Aidan J Reed provided compared to others. I have dealt with Becca several times, She is very conscientious, and has the landlord and tenants best interests at heart at all times. Becca is very polite and professional in all aspects of my dealings with her. Any queries that arise, Becca looks into and finds an answer quickly and efficiently whenever possible.
I have seen several of the staff at the Quorn office, and all of them have always been polite and friendly even when extremely busy.
Many of the tenants I have seen, also say good things about Becca and Hannah.
If I have any queries or questions, however trivial, I am never made to feel guilty, or I'm wasting their time when contacting them.

Aidan J Reed have let and managed my property in Cossington for over 4 years now.
