I recently rented a property through 1st Capital and had a very positive experience. Both Rimon Chaudry and Tanbin Ahmed were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Tanbin, in particular, was my main point of contact, and he was always readily available to provide support. They consistently demonstrated professionalism throughout my tenancy.
I had an early termination of my rental contract (due to change in Job), which was understandably a breach. Despite this, the agency handled the situation with great professionalism and worked with me to find a solution, though I did pay a penalty. Their approach made the process much smoother and saved me from higher financial loss.
One thing to note for future tenants: I was asked to make payments to a bank account under the name MBRC Investments Ltd. Initially, this caused some concern since it didn't match the name of the agency. However, after doing some research on Companies House and reading reviews, I found it to be legitimate. Everything went smoothly, but I would suggest the agency inform tenants about this detail upfront to provide added confidence.
Overall, I would highly recommend 1st Capital. They were reliable and accommodating throughout my tenancy.
