My two friends and I moved into our flat at the end of August 2021, and we love living here. Our landlord Rimon and his colleague Tanbin have been very helpful. The previous tenants left some appliances (eg. the dishwasher, the hoover) out of order, and Rimon switched them out with brand new, high-quality replacements for us soon after we moved in. We were struggling with the firmness of the mattresses, and Rimon very kindly replaced them for us as a gesture of goodwill. At the start of our tenancy, we were dealing with a very personal and traumatic situation, and when we shared it with Rimon and Tanbin, they handled what they could on their end with sensitivity and kindness. Tanbin is our first point of contact for any issues we encounter, and he is always approachable and friendly. Having said that, we haven’t really had any issues with this flat, and if we do Rimon and Tanbin are there to help. I would definitely recommend them. We have really made a home out of their lovely flat and will stay here for as long as we can.

Thus far, I have lived in parts of London; without a doubt, Tanbin and Rimon at 1st Capital Homes are by far the most professional individuals as a agent I have ever dealt with. We started the search and rejected few viewings as they were not good or the agents were not giving the satisfactory services. Then we met Rimon and it all became easy. From the first viewing, the way Rimon responded and helped us in the process, we never felt that comfortable. It just took a week in all the formalities and we were in our own house. He is just a message away for any of the concern or query. He made the whole process so smooth and made the experience easy.
