Never respond to emails. Don't care when you make a complaint. Never get repairs sorted left for months on end. New member of staff every week to catch up on your issue. Quick to take your money not quick to resolve your issue. DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN A TENANCY WITH THEM!!!! Paying stupid fees for them to do nothing at all but steal it from you. ...

Worst Avenue... These Estate Agents are quite possibly the most incompetent and useless people I have ever come across. I'm not sure what they do in the office but it certainly isn't work. On average it takes them about a month to forward an email and two months to resolve any issues (and that's when you chase them regularly). What agent could do to change your mind?
We have delt with numerous staff all of whom struggle with taking responsibility for anything in relation for your tenancy. There is a huge lack of transparency, they have lied on multiple occasions and only when faced with legal action did they finally take notice and behave like a letting agent should. I am surprised that a few members of the team there are actually still employed. A couple have been nice in person but many seem to feel that their job role entails nothing except taking money and passing on responsibility. A truly shambolic lack of customer centricity which should be integral to any letting agents operations.
