I am a landlord who used this company for property management. Please do not use this company. I have never seen a penny of my rent from them even though my tenants have paid on time every month. I have been charged for maintenence work that has never been carried out and I have lost three tenants due to the awful service they have received when having to contact the office. On one occasion my tenants were laughed at by the MD of this joke of a company.
