Absolutely disgusting service from girl at reception. Rudest person I've met in my lift had the absolute cheek so ASSUME the date I get paid now I'm being chased for non payment.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have dropped her rude and inconsiderate attitude, learn never to assume - how dare she guess what date I get paid and then tell her boss I told her that date! I have honestly never met someone I was so disgusted by in my life, I walked out and I will not be back until there people train their staff some manners.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I only had to provide my rent and deposit and also a 1 of payment of £40 which covers application/credit check fee which is not payable until the landlord approve application

have used these guys over the past few weeks and to be honest this has been the best service that i have received ever while private renting.
The girls in the north Belfast office were so helpful from everything from booking in a viewing to signing up my lease and moving day this was totally stress free as the property was spotless and Allison walked through the property with me and talked through every thing.
They made the process so easy for me and have set up a direct debit payment so that i did not have to worry about paying my rent each month.
I have recommended them to family and friends and at present they are helping my friends find a home for them.
