The whole team was absolutely brilliant. Neil was our main contact and went above and beyond his job. he sold our property within 3 weeks (over Christmas). As the sale progressed and issues arose Neil was a fantastic negotiator being clear and concise, getting us the results we wanted. Even contacting us and updating us when he was on holiday or out of the office. The team knew everything that was happening with our property and were really helpful and would also chase if needed. Detailed Notes on the system are kept up to date so the whole team knows what's happening. In addition, Neil (and the team) constantly chased all parties involved, and eventually everyone in the chain. Our solicitor commented how brilliant he was and knew everything that was happening. A real support during a very difficult time. Always smiling and giving us excellent advice throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend bairstow eves, just fantastic service. You can't go wrong with them!

Although the sale was protracted for a variety of reasons, at no point did Neil(although I bet he felt like it!) lose his cool and continued to 'arbitrate' between us and our buyer.
Given the usual and in most cases deserved bad press estate agents receive, we would have no compunction in using Neil & Bairstow Eves in the future or recommending them to our friends and family.

Neil Lockhart kept me fully informed throughout the long process of buying 4 Ronelean Road. Despite the fact that I didn't actually complete the process due to complications surrounding the sale of my property, Neil was always supportive, friendly and I felt that I could trust him. Neil was hard working and always available to offer explanations. When the sale fell through, Neil kept in contact, offering me other properties to view. I feel that throughout the experience, he went the extra mile to keep me up to date, informed and supported.
