**Terrible Experience** My recent experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. They were unprepared and lacked basic knowledge about the property we were viewing. Despite the house clearly coming with a garage, they seemed unaware and couldn't even provide us with the key to inspect it. The instore representative was incredibly rude. When she asked our feedback on the house and I mentioned that the size wasn't suitable us, she interrupted me and only recorded a shortened version of my comments. Additionally, their valuation of the property was outrageously high. Comparable houses in the same area are priced at least £30,000 less. Given their exorbitant pricing and poor service, I cannot recommend this estate agent. Their fees service are equally extortionate. **Do not recommend.**

We put our house up for sale, and within 3 weeks it was sold. We opted to do the viewings ourself, but the overall customer service throughout was exceptional. Shoutout to both Millie’s at Selby and Goole, for dealing with all the initial enquiries and offers. Then a massive shoutout to Nichola Mills, who has probably earned herself a place on my Christmas card list for the amount of calls we’ve had throughout the sale and purchase. When Carl came to our house to initially pitch, he said he didn’t start Park Row up for the money, he did it to create an Estate Agents that put customers first. I can 100% back this up after PR put us ahead of their own financial gain to help get the sale over the line when we ran into a few unforeseen issues. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

My recent experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. They were unprepared and lacked basic knowledge about the property we were viewing. Despite the house clearly coming with a garage, they seemed unaware and couldn't even provide us with the key to inspect it.
The instore representative was incredibly rude. When she asked our feedback on the house and I mentioned that the size wasn't suitable us, she interrupted me and only recorded a shortened version of my comments.
Additionally, their valuation of the property was outrageously high. Comparable houses in the same area are priced at least £30,000 less. Given their exorbitant pricing and poor service, I cannot recommend this estate agent. Their fees service are equally extortionate.
**Do not recommend.**

This is the 2nd house Amanda has sold me. and it was nothing other than exceptional again. The service, the approach, the pizazz and just all round fabulousness, I can not thank her enough. I would not have any other company selling a home me, Park Row go above and beyond, they just do that little bit extra than the others. Amanda took charge of the sale, the communication and service was faultless. Nichola from the sale takes over, communication, input and reasurance was just what was needed. Park rowe sorted everything out, well trained sales focussed staff and they sold it for within 5% of what they said. If you want to get something sold then I’d highly reccomend Carl and his team of incentivised and motivated sales professionals who know the Selby and York markets well.

Carl came out to value our property after we'd seen a house we liked in East Yorkshire.
From the initial meeting he set the bar for other agents very high with both his energy and his total confidence in his service and his team.
We listed the property for what we had expected, yet Carl and the team managed to get an offer £5k over asking after just 3 viewings and a week on the market.
Nichola was also fantastic - access to a sales progressor is an often overlooked, yet invaluable asset for a customer and definitely helped keep the sale together after some delays.
I would recommend to everyone and would love to use again.
