We often hear potential clients saying that we are one two thousand more expensive than our competitors, but like in your case when you achieve an extra ten thousand pounds, even after to take our extra two thousand away, you’re still eight thousand better off! Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents. Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus). We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.
