0 follow up and 0 cooperation got from the team. Paid for deposit and for administration fees including legal packs and etc and end up no one sent the packs and no follow up from anyone to assist the whole process. The only communication that I get is to ask for payment, money money money. After paying for, no assistance NOTHING! They told mortgage team the purchase had been cancelled and not letting the valuator to their job. Second appointment for the valuator to go, they don't cooperate and not giving access to valuator. They just want to make a lot of problem so that they can make you forfeit the upfront money that you paid. When you try to get a reason for their unprofessional, they will only tell you it's all your fault for not being able to do the whole process on time. Which, the issue lies with them. Unrecommended company. Georgina Wood will act like she don't know anything and push the responsibilities to someone else and keep quiet and not assist. Sam the so call area manager is even worse, not only he did not review the whole case and will only tell you it's all your own fault. He only know how to push all the faults to you and make you forfeit the money. BAD COMPANY NO ASSISTANCE NO FOLLOW UP THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT AND DO THE SAME ROTATION AGAIN AND AGAIN
