Jacqui has been fantastic from day one looking after my file. Being a first time buyer, I had little knowledge of the process and Jacqui kept me informed and answered all of my questions. The chain became quite difficult in the final run up to exchange but having Jacqui on the case meant I did not have to worry. I would definitely recommend their services and use them myself in future.
