The guys at Paul Graham Wallington were fantastic from start to finish when buying our house. Great communication and excellent management when navigating all issues which arose throughout the chain. They were calm, professional, polite, understanding and worked extremely hard to make that we managed to move in as quickly and with little stress as possible. Even post move they continue to assist with reputable contacts to tradesmen and advice on things to do in the area. Most definitely recommend Paul Graham to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

The best choice we made was choosing Paul Graham estate agents to sell our property. Our property was quite hard to sell until we met Lisa, who was honest about our realistic selling price and so knowledgable in how to attract suitable buyers and how to advertise our home. The whole team communicated with us every step of the way. Jacqui was outstanding in liaising between us, our solicitors and the buyers through every part of the sale process. We would highly recommend Paul Graham estate agents.

We used Paul Graham to sell our house, and we are very pleased with the result. Their knowledge and expertise were obvious, and Lisa, Greg and Jacqui were always available, reliable and efficient whilst still being so friendly and approachable.
Our sales journey was not smooth, but this was by no means their fault, but they remained supportive and encouraging throughout. For anyone looking for an excellent local and independent estate agent, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The best estate agent I've ever used (and I've used a few). Realistic and achievable valuation backed by tangible evidence. Almost instantly found an appropriate buyer for our circumstances who had been properly vetted. The team are personable, easy to deal with and straight talking. Plus, very importantly, the follow up to progress the sale is outstanding - which is often an issue with some agents. High standards seem to apply across the whole team (I dealt with Greg, Mitzi, Jacqui and Tanya - all were excellent). If I sell another house I will be knocking on their door again.
