We’ve rented our property for 5 years, We have always had excellent service from Northwood Nottingham, we had an inspection of our property from Northwood yesterday, from a very professional, efficient and very friendly Lorna.
We have had several inspections during our time, and even when we phone with any property issue it’s always dealt with in a very friendly and helpful manner.

I rented a property with Northwoods for two years and in that time their service was fantastic. At the beginning the contracts were sorted quickly and any teething problems with the house were resolved promptly.
This continued throughout my tennancy for example when the boundaryfence fell they contacted the appropriate neighbour to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
At the end of my tennancy communications and expectations were clear which overall made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
Thank you for taking care of the property while I was there!

We're happy with the management we've received so far from Northwood Agents. We moved into the new flat in December and Sarah was very kind when she showed us the apartment and when agreeing for a second visit. Lorraine has taken over since then and she's been efficient and very quick when dealing with some repairs. We appreciate their professionalism and we hope it continues like that.

Northwood has been managing my rental property for a number of years, and their service has always been first rate. They respond to enquiries very quickly and are always happy to help. They have a network of contractors covering every conceivable area of property maintenance, which means that any damage to the property is rectified promptly and at a reasonable cost. Their accounting system is clear and transparent, which makes record keeping very straightforward. Above all, everyone I interact with at Northwood is polite, kind, expert in their field, and willing to help with whatever needs doing. They really do take the worry out of the rental process, and I could not be happier with the service they provide.
