After a bad experience with a large corporate estate agents (Not Hannells) 18 months ago, I was very nervous about repeating the process.
I was assured by Hannells that the experience would be different and they stayed true to their word. From listing my property through to completion the team were professional, efficient and honest.

So far we have been very satisfied with the service provided by Hannells our house sale.
They have been very informative of what’s happening, and have fed back to us regularly. We had lots of viewing. Showing people around we away on holiday was no issue either. We have now received an offer and we’ve now hopefully just started the process to now actually selling, solicitors etc.

We can't ask any more than that, we had very little idea what we were doing so a little hand holding was needed which we've really appreciated.

We had Jo over to value our property. It felt like inviting a friend over a chat, she was lovely.
This time we have used Lorna our house sale and purchase. Lorna has helped us fined the right home us, find the right owners our sale and has gone out of her way to keep in touch, give information anytime we need and offer her expert advise.
