As a landlord extremely disappointed with Tony at Dartford, wasn’t treated with respect having been a profitable client of Reeds Rains (RR) for several years. Out of pocket in excess of £3000 from a tenant RR had vetted, approved with senior management/Oliver (MD) burying their heads when problems commenced with the tenant. Tenant was a RR employee who abused and threaten to take me to court for not paying her rent, subletting and refusing access to my flat!. RR response was to distance themselves from the issue by terminating the tenants employment contract (Catford Branch)
CATFORD Branch
Experience as a landlord, over £3000 out of pocket! - Had a Reeds Rains (RR) employee at the Catford branch who totally abused her position as a tenant. She was vetted/approved and signed a RR tenancy agreement but failed to adhere to it by not paying her rent, subletting and refusing access to my flat. Became judge and juror by threatening to take me to court!. Branch manager/senior management and RR MD Oliver failed to act in a professional manner - but decided to terminate my tenants employment contract to they could wash their hands from the problem. As of 5th Feb 2022, staying the property without paying any rent, so frustrating.

Amazing team of people very easy to talk to about any questions queries I had buying our home. I would especially like to thank sue who gave me a great deal of reassurance and guidance throughout the process. Lea is lovely and again explained some things to me in a way that I understood even though she wasn’t working on my sale. Julie when she first came round to my property to give me the quote felt comfortable from the minute she walked in and made sure all the photos taken were to my liking.i would definitely recommend especially to worriers like myself ?I would also like to praise mike the mortgage man as I call him lovely man again made me feel very at ease. If your a bit like myself and don’t know where to start about selling your property and anxious about the whole thing would definitely recommend reeds Reins and mike for your mortgage and I don’t ever write reviews on anything but felt I needed to express my thanks and appreciation to the team

Being a first time buyers we didn't have a clue on the whole process but Reeds rains staff were fantastic especially Julia!!! When ever we had questions she was always on hand to help. She was extremely helpful and polite. I have ever met a harmful active woman like her. What a wonderful service we received!! Very fast ..and satisfied service. I would definitely recommend Julia and her team when I see anyone else!!!! Thank you so much Julia!!! Godbless you!!!
Also we received fantastic service from their mortgage broker Michael wing and Emily. Michael was so....great!!! Excellent service throughout our purchase.
He reassured us when we were worried about things and were extremely professional throughout.
