I would highly recommend this firm to any prospective client wishing to sell their property. I received a leaflet through my door as I was about to put my property on the market. Initially, I thought I would have my property on the market with a few High Street Estate Agents, however, I soon changed my mind and decided to go sole agency with Aston Fox following a visit by Mathew Sayer as he said that he had a number of people that would love my property. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area.

I was pleasantly surprised with the way he had marketed my property. He arranged for me to have an open house that same weekend and he had several people view my property.

I am pleased to say my property sold relatively quickly.

Buying a property always sounded like head-hake to me, all the parts involved seem to speak a different language and the paperwork needed look like will never end. I found Aston Fox team very professional and helpful. Jordan (Negotiator), punctual for the viewing, was very patient answering all my questions and replying to my emails very quickly.
It took more than expected for the completion, and I started thinking that it wouldn’t happen anymore. Paul (the branch Manager) was getting in touch with updates, and somehow he managed to speed up the process.
