We recently completed the purchase of our first home, and we couldn’t be more grateful the incredible support we received from Paul throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was professional but personable, responsive, and always ready to go the extra mile.
What really set him apart, though, was his dedication during a particularly stressful point in our sale. When things nearly fell through due to delays with our solicitors, Paul was absolutely vital in keeping everything on track. He was proactive in chasing updates, keeping communication flowing between all parties, and ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Without his persistence and calm approach, we honestly don’t know we would have made it over the finish line.
Thanks to his hard work and expertise, we’re are now settling in our home. We can’t recommend Aston Fox highly enough— you’re looking someone who genuinely cares and will fight your corner, look no further!

Initially, I thought I would have my property on the market with a few High Street Estate Agents, however, I soon changed my mind and decided to go sole agency with Aston Fox following a visit by Mathew Sayer as he said that he had a number of people that would love my property. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area.

I was pleasantly surprised with the way he had marketed my property. He arranged for me to have an open house that same weekend and he had several people view my property.
I am pleased to say my property sold relatively quickly.
I was very impressed with how the way the viewings were conducted by Jordan (sales negotiator) and the feedback following all viewings
I also spoke with Paul Spencer (Branch Manager) on several occasions when I had any technical questions raised by the buyer or their Solicitor. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much trouble for him
Overall I was very impressed with how Aston Fox conducted their business, and I would highly recommend them for the first-class service they provided from start to finish

It took more than expected for the completion, and I started thinking that it wouldn’t happen anymore. Paul (the branch Manager) was getting in touch with updates, and somehow he managed to speed up the process.

Situation: had to pull out of a sale after being disappointed from the start with another estate agent. Filled in Aston Fox online contact form late on a Friday afternoon. Paul telephoned less than 15 minutes later and immediately grasped the urgency of the situation given we were facing the prospect of losing the new build we'd reserved. Valuation booked in immediately for the following morning and I signed up immediately after meeting Matthew. He booked the photographs then booked in for the Monday afternoon and house back on the market on Tuesday afternoon!

It gets better…house sold within 7 days after the we actually connected to buyers aston fox already had desperate for a house and multiple offers received, most in excess of guide price.
As we sit here in the new build that we very nearly lost, we just can't thank the team enough. It's so refreshing to find an estate agent that concentrates on service and not volume of sales.
