In particular, I found Natalie Donolon to be very efficient and she was able to oversee some relatively complex negotiations between myself and my buyers.

I recently used Beercocks to sell my home and they were also the agent overseeing the property I wanted to buy. In both regards I found the staff at Beercocks to be incredibly professional, efficient and genuinely invested in a good outcome for me and my family. In particular, I found Natalie Donolon to be very efficient and she was able to oversee some relatively complex negotiations between myself and my buyers.
I was impressed by the speed at which Beercocks were able to secure a sale of my property (five offers from 7 viewings in 8 hours). I won't hesitate to recommend Beercocks to others and will happily use them again should i need to sell my home.
