Fantastic service from start to finish. After trying several agents in the past, I decided to go with Affitto. I wish I'd done this years ago!
They rented my 2 bedroom terraced house in no time. Handling marketing, viewings and the move in process.
Everything was hands off and stress free for me. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and to top it off, I'm better off financially too as they achieved more than the previous agent!

Led by Manjeet Hayre, they are a friendly team, their communication is excellent, I always know what's happening, they've sorted out problems in the property and I feel totally confident in leaving my apartment in their hands. As a landlord you would expect them to reply back to your emails when you have finished your term and ask for your house back as they have not been providing good service to you but noooo they leave you in a mess with giving your house back dirty and things broken for you to repair. They take the deposit money for themselves and don't get back to no emails .they only respond if they are getting someone out of you otherwise you won't hear back from them . Don't use avoid you can rent your own house for nothing as they don't do nothing just take ur money and tenants .

If you are a landlord do not touch them with a barge pole. We are £12,000 out of pocket for having to do up our rental, three months after Affitto said it was being looked after. There was a cannabis farm in the loft and upstairs. They were unhelpful at every stage when dealing with the insurers, Ultimately the insurance said Affitto had not done 'due diligence' and had not followed the correct procedure with checking and keeping bank finances, therefore we got nothing back. They consistently lied about returning our deposit, ultimately I had to get the legal documents to get it ourselves. Nobody from the police down could believe the property had supposedly been checked. Please let this stand as a warning. We used the Nuneaton branch, however, a lot of the problems came from Head Office.

Appalling experience, I rented a flat , from the begining to end a nightmare,the property I rented wasn't even clean when I was handed in the keys, full of mould, windows didn't opened,no carpets ,washing machine and cooker were over 30 years old. After Tennancy ended , all bills paid , everything in a much better condition that I got it ,getting my deposit back seems another problem, landlord wants to claim money back for cooker and washing machine when the agents didn't even bother to check the property/appliances or getting the key back from me ,I had to post my key to someone I didn't know ,still waiting to be refunded my registered post money.I have never experience such a bad customer service in my life.2 months after tenancy ended ,my deposit has not been refunded yet .Awful.

AWFUL AGENCY!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
My partner has currently completed 6 months of a 12 month tenancy. Promised to repair house, issues were voiced from day 1. Kitchen window is practically falling out, kitchen ceiling is falling down, glass broken on doors, glass broken on front door, bannister poles missing, skirting boards falling apart, left with no electricity all through christmas, HOUSE USED TO BE A GROW but tried to tell him that it was a family who was in beforehand, yet they've fled the country. Bath wasn't sealed had to beg for 2 months for it to be sorted, waste water pipe is broken, leaking waste water all over the garden, left with rubbish all inside the shed, shower and boiler were both broken when he moved in, front door letter box has been glued on with expanding foam, walls held together with expanding foam. FIVE CONTRACTORS came to the house to quote, all of which they have denied, then asked him to find one and they've advised they ads not willing to pay for the repairs, threatened to contact the council and housing ombudsman and now begging for another chance!! Saying they have a contractor. AWFUL SERVICE. ALLOWING TENANTS TO LIVE IN THIS STATE!!

I have been with affitto for almost 3 years. The first one was perfect, they were very nice and helpful. This last two years we have had problems with our french doors (fire exits) because they are broken and cannot be open, we have been letting them know since they started to work poorly. Now it has been 4 months since my bedroom window is screwed to the wall, I can't open or close it, I've been with COVID, locked in my bedroom without being able to open the window. They contacted the windows company in March, when they gave us another 6 weeks. That time has passed, no news, now windows. We are desperate and not know what to do anymore.

Previous agents were ok..won’t mention any names but my word AFFITO are on another planet! I have been with the ladies and lads at Affito for 6ish months, since Christmas really and you just can’t fault them.
Both properties were rented in less than 5 days and the tenants are very respectful!
I could go on and on, but I have had a few beers so I will not waffle on!
