The tenancy ended on 14 August 2024, yet over a month later, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned or any clear response.

I recently ended my tenancy with Haart for a property in Nottingham, and I have to say, the experience has been extremely frustrating. The tenancy ended on 14 August 2024, yet over a month later, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned or any clear response.
The level of communication has been shockingly poor. I’ve sent numerous emails, and none of my concerns have been addressed. Even after escalating the issue, there’s been no sense of urgency or customer care.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the complete disregard for tenant concerns and lack of any updates is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Haart to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agent. The service I received falls far below the standard I expected and what is legally required.

You set up a tennancy with haarts Estate agent. The agent dealing with the tenancy is zoe Gregory. Before the tenancy was signed she was so good at doing what she needed to to get the tenancy signed. First months payment by the Tennant to haarts was perfect but haarts underpaid me. I chased up the underpayment and received a email on the 10th of July saying you will be refunded in 5 working days. Its now been 4 weeks and still had no refund. I've chsed it up and seen a different side to zoe which was rude short and abrupt. Absolutely the opposite of her behaviour pre tenancy. I would not recommend using zoe

I was quietly impressed with Dinesh from the start
His Valuation was realistic and his enthusiasm and dedication to his work certainly persuaded me to go ahead with Haarts Nottingham and I can honestly say I’m not disappointed
The House has sold within the short timescale predicted of 6 weeks as he predicted
I would also like to say a big thank you to all staff including Ben updating me with regular viewings by text and Kelsey who has a friendly professional manner and for her efficiently co-ordinating the sale at the moment and dealing with any enquiries
The overall service experience has been effortless and has taken away the stress of selling my late fathers house

This is the most unprofessional estate agents we've had the displeasure of dealing with. Emma the branch manager broke regulations, ethics and used bullying tactics when we were simply trying to purchase a property.
