I would highly recommend Parkrow Estate Agents . From the initial meeting to the end of the line sale. They were there for me all of the way, Yes, they were Not the cheapest Agents, but you only get what you pay for, and they in my opinion are the best.

We really appreciate your review and the nice comments, we know that you had your property on with another Estate Agent who hadn’t produced the service or results that they’d promised. One major problem with our industry is that many of the valuers get paid a ‘Listing Bonus’ these days, that means if they get you to choose their company to list with, they personally receive a bonus. This results in the valuer being very optimistic and giving the potential client high expectations, once the property is listed their optimism and promises often never materialize. In the current modern world, the first few weeks on marketing are the most important (when the property is fresh to the market), If you’ve been given bad advice at the beginning, it can be very detrimental to your final sale price. Park Row always think about the clients and make sure we give the best advice possible, sometimes this advice can seem a little scary, but we believe it’s best to always be honest at all times. As you’ve mentioned our fee isn’t the cheapest out there, but we know it’s justified by the service and results we achieve. AllAgents ‘Best Estate Agent’ for eight years in row! Any Estate Agent can get the most stock or sell the most properties, the real skill is giving the best service and getting the best results! Happy days!

Why can't more estate agents work like Park Row properties?
Honest valuations. Great listings with excellent photos generate tonnes of enquiries, which are then handled efficiently and booked into view in a reasonable timescale. Get offers in the bag, then come to me with a recommendation on the best offer, based on what's important to me for that property (taking into account all the buyer circumstances). Then management through to completion in appropriate timescales. With great relevant and timely communication all the way.
It's not that difficult, so why do so many other agents get it wrong when Park Row consistently gets it right?
I'm into double figures in terms of the number of properties I've sold through Park Row, and every time I have to sell a property in an area that Park Row cannot reasonably cover, and need to use another agent, my heart sinks!
Carl and Amanda are key to how every works at Park Row, but its clear the whole team (Nichola and Will are also great) play their part - and it doesn't mater who I speak to, they always know (or are able to very quickly find out and get back to me re) what's happening.
In my view - the best agent I've ever dealt with (and that's quite a few!)

I was very impressed with all aspects of the service. On a property requiring renovation the agent secured a constant stream of viewings and we received several offers. They kept me informed by phone or email on a weekly basis and I found all the staff were exceptional in their enthusiasm and commitment. Both the Goole and Selby offices were involved - Millie and Nicola. Negotiations with the buyers were undertaken professionally and they advised me at ever stage whenever I asked for their input. I couldn’t recommend them any more strongly to someone looking to sell in the Goole area.

Yet again the team at Park Row Properties exceed expectations!! Multiple viewings , multiple offers , offers in excess of the asking price. Sold within days , excellent service , assisted viewings , answer emails and phone calls days , weekends , even Sunday evenings , regardless when the office is open , the team in goole and Selby are always on duty to get your property sold quickly at the right price ( and more ) . I listed my property with Park Row whilst working abroad and it's all managed , sold and completed before I've managed to get home. Didn't even need to be there !! Used them multiple times , and will use them again . For any seller , don't focus on the % fee , it may seem higher , but I've found it's always been covered by the price gained on the sale Thanks guys , 5 stars every time

Park Row are a very effective estate agency. They actually work for their clients - the sellers to ensure they achieve the best price for their property possible. Yes, they do charge more than some other agents but, when we put my property up for sale, there were 2 other properties in the same street on the market as well, one went up a while before mine, the other slightly after. Mine is sold at a price I'm very happy with - the other 2 are still on the market. You get what you pay for and I believe this to have been money well spent. Everyone works as a team, I didn't speak to anyone who didn't know what was happening with my property. The after sales completion team is also a boon, chasing and encouraging everyone to move forward as quickly as possible. This is the second time I have used Park Row for both sales and purchasing and I would definitely choose them again.
