I encourage everyone to do their research before engaging with this company. The owner's previous companies: ASLAN HOMES LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 08/2/2022 and ISLAND HERITAGE LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 16/7/2019. Note when doing your research, CKB Estate Agents is not a registered company with Companies House. BICER & KEMAL LTD or HEISEL PROPERTY LTD are 2 of the businesses that are registered under the owner's name, both operating for buying, selling and letting of own or leased real estate. My experience with them: CKB estate agents accepted our application for tenancy and had us pay a holding deposit on 4/8/2023. After over a month of continuously assuring us we would be able to move in, Kemal Bicer informed me 5 days before the move in date on 11/9/2023, that I did not pass referencing due to inadequate information and that I needed to pay 6 months of rent up front to move in. I don't know how Kemal can sleep at night, for the sake of illegally pocketing £450 and having just informed 2 girls they would have nowhere to live with such little notice. He is completely aware that it is unlawful to withhold a holding deposit due to “a failed reference check” and he refuses to refund the money, despite himself and his staff continuously providing false and misleading information and putting us through so many avoidable delays. It is no surprise that the government has previously shut down 2 of his prior businesses.

I touch base with my tenants every so often and they are very happy with Kemal and his team.
I gave them a trial run last year but after seeing the results, i gave them the second.
Ultimately, its a of Happy Tenant, Happy Life!

When calling you may get someone who seems willing to help only for them to pass you off to a “property manager” who ignores you and when you question it you are then made to feel like an inconvenience/as if you are being difficult spout lines such as that's not my job i'm just trying to make you happy. Due to the lack of professionalism it lends to the question of what you maybe paying for as such I can safely say I will not be renewing my lease with this agent.

My experience with them:
CKB estate agents accepted our application for tenancy and had us pay a holding deposit on 4/8/2023. Yet again, CKB and their team have blown me away by their professionalism, service and just getting the job done with so little fuss.
Not only did they find a quality tenant quickly, but have also dealt with all the agreements, searches etc...ok, yes this is what I pay for, but they do this so effortlessly and with the right level of communication with you.
I'm a returning customer because of this, and the relationship developed with Cengiz and the team which is so important.
The rest of my portfolio will be following soon!

Super friendly and attentive, felt like they genuinely cared about me moving into my new place.
Cannot recommend them enough.
