About Kemal
Kemal is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and discovered his passion for property soon after graduating from university. Before making the leap into the property world, he held a solid position at the Office of Fair Trading. However, his growing interest in real estate inspired him to pursue his true calling.
Outside of work, Kemal enjoys unwinding with a good movie and indulging in his favorite American-style snacks, including BBQ wings and hot dogs. To balance his \"American appetite,\" he hits the gym regularly, keeping both his energy and enthusiasm high

CKB is now managing two of my properties. I have also managed by properties by with the changes in law and increased pressures on Landlords, i decided to take a step back.
I touch base with my tenants every so often and they are very happy with Kemal and his team.
I gave them a trial run last year but after seeing the results, i gave them the second.
Ultimately, its a of Happy Tenant, Happy Life!

CKB Estate Agents have continued to provide consistent and high quality service on the management of my property. In the past, I have experienced poor service from other estate agents including many reputable ones. I have experienced quite the opposite with CKB Estate Agents. They have been extremely timely and diligent on every issue often going above and beyond to sort out a problem and achieve the best rental value for my property. The management fee is extremely good value for money for the service received. I also find that the senior managers and directors are also willing to get involve no matter how small the issue - providing a high quality personalised service. This is rare in many other estate agents companies. Moreover I admire their innovative approach to solving problems where every issue or problems has a solution and "can do" approach in an open and honest manner. There staff are super friendly and highly professional and it is clear this company is giving other chains a run for their money. High quality service and good value for money is what every landlord wants - something CKB Estate Agents provides on a consistent basis. Highly recommended!

He has always been on the ball with regards to advice and general customer service, even came to see my mother with a bunch of flowers when I told him that she had broken her arm. It goes to show he goes the extra mile and pays attention to the details. As a result of my mothers broken arm, she couldn't view properties so Kemal came to us on a Saturday, connected his phone to our large TV and conducted virtual viewings for my mother – talk about service!
I would highly recommend CKB Estate Agents over any other agency in the area. They are not pushy when it comes to winning business - but instead rely on their expertise, professionalism and they get the job done without having to mislead us or our buyers.
Kemal - Honest, trust-worthy and well presented during every meeting – not a shirt crease in sight!!!
