We have been looking to move up to Carlisle from Essex for a while and from the viewing to our application being accepted Northwood have been brilliant from the beginning. Ruth who we have been dealing with from Northwood has been so helpful and has made the whole process so easy for us with constant updates and contact the whole way through. Now having moved into the property we’ve raised a couple of issues which have been added to the inventory report and it’s nice to know that if we have any problems that Northwood are there to help as much as possible.
