I had the pleasure of enlisting Paul Graham to sell my flat and I must say that the staff at their Wallington branch were beyond exceptional. Their communication was top-notch and they expertly handled all the issues. They were professional, polite, and empathetic, going above and beyond to ensure a swift move and understanding any delays that occurred. The best choice we made was choosing Paul Graham estate agents to sell our property. Our property was quite hard to sell until we met Lisa, who was honest about our realistic selling price and so knowledgable in how to attract suitable buyers and how to advertise our home. We are very happy with the exemplary service provided by Paul Graham, especially from Jacqui Bilham who has been absolutely outstanding.
We were impressed right from the first valuation visit from Greg Kitson, as he had done a lot of research and demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of properties in the local area. As a result we feel the house was valued correctly compared to others.
The viewings and communication were handled very well and we were happy to receive a few offers within a few weeks and accepted an offer which met the asking price.
As we then focused our attention on searching for a property to buy, Greg and Jacqui were extremely helpful and honest in providing advice, guidance and reviewing properties before we made an offer.
Leading up to exchange, which took a few months due to circumstances outside of Paul Graham's control, Jacqui was a rock and the glue that held the chain together. She liaised with the other agents and solicitors in the chain regularly and kept us and our buyer in the loop throughout.
Most importantly we really appreciate that we were never put under any pressure at difficult moments during the process, which can be the case with some competitors.
We would recommend Paul Graham time and time again. Many thanks!
