We have been impressed from start to finish with the professional and caring way that Mann Countrywide Estate Agents in Maidstone handled the purchase of our new property. From start to finish the communication was outstanding and both David Mansfield and Adam Norris were on hand to deal with any queries. Their communications were excellent, keeping us informed on any queries through all stages of the transaction. They provided a personalised service at all times. They have supported with chasing solicitors when required and helped us to get our purchase over the line. David and Adam have gone above and beyond to help us progress with the purchase of our house. They have been professional and polite at all times and we cannot recommend enough. We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Mann Countrywide Estate Agents, especially from Adam, for our home purchase.
Home buying process can be daunting, but their team has been fantastic every step of the way. We have had excellent service from our initial to second visits and in conversations throughout the process, Adam has been very professional. He was highly knowledgeable in explaining about the property and he really made us always feel like a priority.
At each step in the process, Adam came through with a commitment to excellence. So far, throughout our journey, Adam has demonstrated immense patience and understanding.
Beyond the agent’s expertise and professionalism, Adam has always been amicable and kind throughout our home buying process. He answered all our questions and provided as much assistance as possible.
