Throughout my shared ownership house purchasing process, Laura and Grant at Elevation Estate Agents was extremely supportive, friendly and consistently chased responses from the solicitors to ensure deadlines were met. I had the worst experience with this agency, When I visited the property before completion the boiler didn't worked and I have asked to be repaired. I had the worst experience with this agency, When I visited the property before completion the boiler didn't worked and I have asked to be repaired. On the completion day they didn't bothered to handle the keys at the house address, so they handled me at their office only 1 key for the whole house and when I have arrived at the property the boiler didn't worked and a I have a small child. 2 weeks after my move no one has come to repair the boiler and give me the rest of the keys. Absolutely disgusting, after they sold the property they didn't care anymore. I have deal with Saurav and Paula. I don't recommend it

Excellent service, excellent customer service, Very proffessional service. They even negociated with the buyer and the seller agents. This was particualr important as the communications broke down with the seller and their agents. Elevation went as far as getting the keys to the new property from the sellers agents. They took a lot of stress away from us in selling our own house. They kept good relations with all involved. They honoured everything they said they would do. Yes I would recomend them to family and friends. They went beyond an excellent service.

Highly professional in their approach, focused and with good advice. They had a relentless approach to selling the house, and it truly feel that they were committed to selling the house, that they were working for us, and fully committed to achieving our goals.

I cannot recommend them enough, specially after experiencing the "big name estate agents" . elevation estate agents stand out, because of their tenacity, focus and knowledge of the market... 100% how an estate agent should be.

We reserved a property with a deposit and told that this would then be ours providing we gave all details and arranged a mortgage etc. we were offered to use there mortgage advisor and so accepted however found him extremely rude and could not provide us with a mortgage. we therefore informed... (no keys have yet been handed over to elevation) we sourced a mortgage ourselves and then discovered that they have infact disregarded our deposit and forms and sold it to someone else! they then told us they had sold it to them earlier in the week but had emailed us two days prior asking if we had our mortgage sorted for the property but missed the fact that the house we were buying was actually no longer available!

Our mortgage advisor had said its the worst company he has had to deal with and there customer service skills are awful!
