After 3 estate agent quotes, we chose Alan de Maid, Beckenham, impressed with their enthusiasm about our property and knowledge of the type of buyer it would attract. When we hit a couple of snags they were helpful with suggestions and our concerns were addressed with respect and patience. The whole process went very well indeed, i kind of knew this from the start as the whole team were very eager to see our house and meet us. Good communication throughout the whole process . i would if possible try to buy and sell through the same agent as this worked really well. Alan de Maid Beckenham have been very helpful, kind and professional through the whole process of helping me sell my flat.
