Please refrain from this agency at all cost!!! they are unreliable and ignorant. Once you sign the contract and pay money, you are on your own with all the problems and issues appearing in the apartment. They do not reply to your emails on time, in case of emergency there is no way to contact them, and they never call back. It took weeks for them to return the deposit back after contract has ended. Really not worth your energy and mental health to deal with agents like that. They should be shut down for very poor performance and rudeness.
