I recently sold a property in Saltash during lockdown through the local Bradley' office. I was concerned that this difficult situation would have a negative impact on my sale however this was not the case. I mainly dealt with Iain Christie and Angela who at all times were professional, approachable and helpful ( as were other staff members I spoke to) . They liaised with the solicitors on my behalf and kept me up to date at all times, helping to take much of the stress out of selling. I am very happy to recommend Bradleys based on my personal experience

Much to my surprise at this difficult time I have sold my property at almost the full asking price. I am very grateful that Ian Christie from Bradleys at Saltash suggested a virtual tour, something I had never heard of. Viewings at the present time are difficult if not impossible however a virtual tour is almost as good, if not as good, as the real thing. During all the selling process I have found Bradley's staff to be friendly and professional . I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone thinking of marketing their property including the virtual tour - an extra cost but well worth it.

The viewing ladies Julia, Angelia and Karen are very friendly. And were very enthusiastic during the viewing process. After every viewing they gave us prompt viewing feedback.

We ended up with a selling price which we were satisfied with in what was becoming a slower market due to the Corona Virus.
Would we use Bradleys again? Most definitely. They're good honest estate agents who get the job done.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
