Bradleys Estate Agents rental department allowed our landlords representative to consistently harass us. She refused to give us notice of her visiting the property or to give us notice of contractors coming to the property to carry out work. One occasion she gave permission to gardeners to enter the private back garden (which is where the bedroom windows are located). I was walking through one of the rooms wearing on a pair of knickers and was naked from the waist up and several gardeners were staring through the window at me, this left me shaken and feeling unsafe in my home. We reported this to Bradleys every time but nothing was done to stop her.

11 Jul 2022We have, as you know, reminded the Landlord and their representatives on a number of occasions as to the correct procedures for visiting a property. However, we cannot control the actions of a third party. We're sorry for your experience with the gardeners and hope this doesn't happen again.

We have been waiting for 23 days for our bond to be returned. The "vacate" team which seems to consist of one person, has failed to keep us informed and has ignored numerous emails. We have been waiting for 23 days for our bond to be returned. The "vacate" team which seems to consist of one person, has failed to keep us informed and has ignored numerous emails. Now to top it all off they want to charge us for leaving even though the landlord gave us 2 months notice to vacate just before Christmas. The landlord now wants most of our bond to do some home improvements even though when we lived in the property they couldn't be bothered to repair anything. Bradleys have been worse than useless! Please - if you want to rent a property dont go to them!

Karen took on our sale.
She worked on our case daily due to delays from the chain.
She made sure we got all the information needed and kept in contact all the time.
The experience of selling was very stressful due to the delays and Karen would always be there to reassure us and do as much as she possibly could.
She ensured she did not gives us false hope and made sure everything she told us was confirmed.
I really am thankful for the way she handled our worries.
The only thing was early on in the sale trying to get through on phone and email. But midway and later in the stages the communication was excellent.
