BEWARE..Worst Estate Agents ever! They have no ethics! They accepted my cash offer in writing. I have nothing to sell and would have bought at the buyer's convenience!
However, they then ignored my emails for two weeks and then allowed someone to gazump me without even letting me know! Terrible customer service, ignored telephone calls, and even emails to the complaints email address!! They don't care if you have incurred costs, just pure greed on their part. I wouldn't view or buy from this Estate Agency ever again!

Viewed a house which I loved the estate agent was very positive making me feel like I had already passed all checks and that I just needed to put a deposit down I rang the office and was told they still needed to run checks which was fine I emailed all my documents over and told them I would like to take the house and that I have the deposit on the phone he sounded like he could not even be bothered to speak with me telling me they will pass my information to the lanlord I emailed explaining that I was sorry for being impatient I wanted to know if there were any other applicants and wether I should have a look elsewhere to which I was emailed back to 'stop emailing them' which really upset me as I am in need of finding a home and getting 0 information has my credit check been done? Have my references been checked? What are they handing over to the landlord as they have all my details wage slips bank statements passport if I didn't need somewhere to live I wouldn't be applying I just think it would be nice for them to show some compassion and actually explain were in the process you are not to be told to stop emailing them really disappointed and disheartened

Is this an Estate Agent or a comedy club?? Almost impossible to contact them, no reply to email, telephone line has automated error message, voice messages not responded to, and on the one occasion when we did get through they promise to get back to you and don't. All I want to do is view a property. Their website says "this isn't an estate agency as you know it" , certainly isn't !! Hilarious.. Nul point.

Someone phoned and I said I was busy and to ring back.
Then I got this appointment for a video call. I had not agreed to this. I'd agreed to a call back. Totally put me off using this company.
