Could not have been a more smoother procedure. Assessed our Property, immediately found a tenant, did all the paperwork , no stress for us at all . Have always used and Would never use anyone else but Beresfords - could not have been any easier !

Efficient, responsive, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. We're very pleased with all Domani's help with the purchase of our home. Nothing was ever a problem, even a numerous amount of viewings before and after our offer was accpeted. She was able to answer any questions we had and not, was quick to get a response from the sellers. She has made the process smooth and pretty easy as house sales go. Would strongly recommend and glad we had her as our estate agent.

I wanted to purchase the property ASAP as my tenancy was coming an end at the flat.
There were a few hiccups along the way with the seller’s solicitor, but Daniel kept me in the loop and communication was fast and responsive.
I was a first time buyer so I had many questions, but he answered them with a lot of patience.
I had a great experience with Beresfords!
