After letting our house for several years , dealing with Jo , whom was always extremely helpful and putting our needs first . To then purchasing our forever home. Julie really helped get things going at great mediator through both parties. This was not an easy situation, but Julie dealt with extreme professional wisdom & experience. Would highly recommend sonning common Davis Tate. Thank you for helping in getting us our family forever home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Julie Norman, a real estate agent at Davis Tate estate agents, and I must say that her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made the process of selling my grandmother's house in Stoke Row a seamless and pleasant experience.
From our very first interaction with Julie, it was clear that she had a genuine passion for helping people and a deep understanding of the emotional aspect of selling a cherished family home. She immediately put my grandmother (85) at ease, patiently listening to her concerns and answering all her questions. It's not always easy to navigate the complexities of the real estate market, especially for someone like my grandmother, who had lived in the same house for decades. Julie's ability to empathize and explain the process in a clear and compassionate manner was truly exceptional.
Throughout the entire process, Julie remained incredibly attentive. She was always just a phone call or email away, ready to address any concerns or provide updates on the sale. Her dedication to keeping us informed and involved in every step of the process was greatly appreciated and put our minds at ease.

We have been so impressed by the friendly and professional way in which Julie and Jade have dealt with the sale on all levels. They have provided us with more information than our solicitors! Their decisive action and determination in pressing for information and following up issues has been exemplary. I wish I had been able to use them for my own house sale! Sadly my parents passed away last year and we had to dispose of what had been our family home for over 40 years.
We asked around 5 different estate agencies to come and give us a valuation for the property and used their visit to decide which agency to entrust the sale of our "home" to.
Jo from Davis Tate was amazing, amazing us with her knowledge of the area, her sensitivity to our situation and being ever so helpful and accommodating.
She handled every aspect of the process superbly, always keeping us in the loop.
When she was not available or when she went on a weeks holiday she made sure her colleagues were all up to date with the situation and left us in the capable hands of Julie.
We really couldn't have asked for a more professional team to work with.
