Charlie Burton is a breath of fresh air when she showed us a potential property. She was personal and professional and didn't "oversell" as some estate agents do - which was lovely. The house wasn't quite what we were looking for, but she clearly knew the space and what positives to emphasize - not her fault we weren't after a project ;)

They always presented themselves as professional as well as very approachable and kind/caring.
