PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF EVERYTHING I AM SAYING. DO NOT I SAY DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS TERRIBLE ESTATE AGENCY. (JILLING ESTATE) THEY LIE AND STEAL. WHEN I REFUSED TO SIGN UP WITH THEM FOR ANOTHER YEAR THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY KEYS AND REFUSED TO PAY ME FOR THE MONTHS OWED FOR MANAGING HTE PROPERTY. THEY DELIBERATELY LEFT THE LIGHTS THE ON IN THE PROPERTY DUE TO THEM KNOWING I WAS A BROAD WORKING. THEY ALSO LEFT MY KITCHEN BACK DOOR OPENED AND THE GATE WIDE OPEN FOR EASY ACCESS FOR SQUATTERS TO MOVE IN. THE OWNER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS AND GET AWAY WITH ALL THE THINGS HE DOES. I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE AND BACK UP MY STORY. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS AWFUL ESTATE AGENCY. THEY ARE BASED IN NOTTINGHAM AND SOUTHWELL REMEMBER THE NAME: JILLINGS ESTATE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY OR DO. RUN DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. CHECK OUT ALL THE REVIEWS I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY 1 STARS ON ANY BUSINESS. IF I DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE A STAR IT WOULD DEFINITELY BE A 0. STAR.

Tenant of the above letting agent for 18months. Heating system developed a problem in January 2013 which to this day has not been resolved. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
