We’ve been on a journey the last year, trying to sell a property for an elderly relative who has had to go into full time care due to I’ll health. It’s been incredibly trying time but I’ve had the please of dealing with Emma at Richard James, along with her team, I’ve felt we have become part of the RJ family. Always approachable, and some V of the V problem we’ve had with the property, I’ve been able to talk through with Emma and the team. It’s taken some of the pain out of a difficult situation

Richard James have been brilliant from start to finish and were working with our best interest at heart.
Hayley Walden in particular made sure that once the sale was progressing, we were kept up to date with any movements and was keeping our movers (ProPorters) informed with potential move dates so that when it came down to agreeing a move date it was straight forward and no fuss.
Hayley really helped us make sure the sale was not stagnating by keeping our buyers and everyone in the chain honest by prompting and understanding their individual personalities to get the right action.

Luke H has been helpful and efficient, and has really taken into account our lack of experience as first time buyers! He has been willing to show us round as many properties as we wanted before we made our decision, which really helped us compare each property and decide which one was right for us. He allowed us time to think about our decision, wasn't pushy at all. He is an asset to the Team in West :)
