An amazing team at Allen and Harris abingdon, helped me through my sale as well as help regarding my next purchase after it wasn't completed on time (no fault of them), always happy and friendly prying was to much trouble especially thanks to Gemma, Elise and Sophie!! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the future! Thanks again girls stew!!

Overall it wasn't a good service. The agents are polite and friendly however the are uninformed, unorganised, slow and poorly trained. We constantly had to chase answers to questions, that ultimately were the wrong answers anyway. Measurements were totally wrong and could have cost us... Read Full Review

We constantly had to chase answers to questions, that ultimately were the wrong answers anyway. Measurements were totally wrong and could have cost us greatly if we bought furniture to fit. No arrangements with the landlords for keys, an inventory or smoke alarms. Finally, there was a feeling of deceiving behaviour to begin with, our offer was rejected for a higher one aparently but then a day later accepted because as the other party pulled out. Didnt feel geniune from the conversations and all in all i would not reccommend this company.

UPDATE: If things couldnt have gone worse, They have now put us forward to switch energy companies to one they have a contract with which we did not concent too, the set up and process is underway and our current energy provider have is closing our account. Complete miss use of data!

Lynn and her team at the Bishopbriggs office provided excellent customer service when we were selling a property in our portfolio. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Right from the outset, it was clear that Dave Wrigley had an accurate idea of our property's value, as well as how best to market it.
His valuation was higher than other agents had quoted but was in line with what we believed its worth and Dave was honest enough to say that if he felt we were wrongly assessing it, then he would tell us.
Before the details were completed, Dave had three persons lined up for viewings and all three were complimentary and felt the price was correct.
Dave accompanied all viewings and it was a real pleasure to hear how he sold the house without just pointing and saying, this is the lounge.
He was aware of all local amenities and advantages, which he informed all viewers of.
Dave personally visited and gave us the news of our offer, which was immediate and he discussed openly with us, our position and whether we should accept, without pressurising us to do so.
During the sales process, there was a hold up further down the chain, which was only resolved when Dave came back from his holiday and communicated directly with all concerned, achieving a solution and swift exchange.
We cannot thank and recommend Dave enough for all his efforts.
We have tried agents locally before and can only say they were in the third division while Dave is in the Champions League of agents.
