I must take the time to thank Sue S for her outstanding support during a recent maintenance crisis. Sue was very quick at responding and booked most efficiently a contractor to check and deal with the issue encountered. I explained how important for the issue to be dealt asap as I am due to have a major operation soon and she was very kindly and empatheticin her response. I would recommend her services to any prospective new landlords looking for a good agency.

Firstly we wish to thank Emma Clarke who took us through all the paperwork so that we could complete the contract to rent 28 Cudham Gardens, Margate. She was patient, thorough and totally professional. Being in our late 70s, we are not as quick as we used to be, and whenever we had difficulties in understanding the peculiarities of renting property, she explained clearly and succinctly, so that we were able to enjoy the process. Our thanks also go to her colleagues, who, when required, added further information that we found both helpful and money saving. Thanks Mann & Co.
