We have been very impressed with Richard James from the start.
We have viewed a lot of houses with them since the start of our house buying journey. The one we bought was being sold offmarket and we particularly appreciated the call from the RJ office from Steven Hendry, i believe, who told us about the property and asked us we wanted to view it. Robin took us around and was extremely attentive, calm and knowledgeable about the property despite it being the very first viewing. He advised us well and we got our offer accepted still at the property thanks to his careful negotiation with the sellers. We are very grateful

We have had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Richard James! Initially, we were feeling quite downhearted after viewing several houses that just didn't feel like 'the one.' But then, Alanah Edwards came to our rescue. She informed us about a house that was about to hit the market, and we jumped at the chance to see it. This house was not only within our budget but also had everything we were looking and more!
The moment we saw it, we fell in love and immediately put in an offer. To our delight, it was accepted in less than 24 hours, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Robin Pain showed us around the property, and he has been nothing short of incredible. He made us feel comfortable and has always been available to answer our countless questions. As firsttime buyers, this was a completely experience us, but Robin made it so much easier.
After our offer was accepted, we arranged another viewing through Rob, and once again, the process was seamless. He made us feel at ease and never made us feel like a burden with our numerous questions and followups. Instead, he encouraged them and responded swiftly every time.
We cannot recommend this estate agency enough. They have made our homebuying journey incredibly easy and stressfree. A huge thank you to Alanah letting us know about the property and to Rob being such a fantastic support throughout. Rob is an absolute asset to this estate agents and we are so glad that we had him to show us around and share this experience with.

Whilst house hunting we dealt with Alanah Edwards from Richard James Estate Agents and she was excellent.
We initially called to view a different property, however Alanah highlighted that she also had another property that was just coming on to the market which might also be of interest to us. At very short notice she managed to arrange a viewing us which was fantastic as we were travelling several hundred miles and only had one day in the area viewings.
Without Alanah's interest in our situation and going the extra mile on our behalf to get things organised we would not have found, what has turned out to be, the property of our dreams.
The help, support and guidance was everything that we hoped from an Estate Agent and Alanah is a real asset to the Richard James business.
