We reported a shower leakage to Jessica Kwok. Jessica kwok responded immediately and the turn around time to fix the reported issues was so quick although Jessica had to contact the landlord and plumber. This avoided the shower leakage impact on the floor below as well so even saved some of the time, cost of people living in floor below. A job well done. Thanks Jessica.
