I recently sold a property through A&H. Unfortunately, I found them slow to update me on progress, I had to chase them up regarding viewing schedule/any offers/basic info. Very helpful and friendly staff but lack efficiency in responding promptly and ensuring clients are well informed.

Do not go near this crowd in Burnside if selling your property, because buyers do not wish such disgraceful behaviour forced on them who have the money!
When simply requested details, they dictate what you must do to meet their requirements for to spend you money on a property the are supposed to be selling for a customer. There are far more mannerly estate agents available who will do a far better job selling your property.
