From the first phone call to Jasmine at Hawks enquiring about a rental property, to moving in and beyond, I have to say this has been an exceptional 5 star service. She really is an asset to Hawks, as are all the staff in the Stratford office. A knowledgeable, real peoples person, her level of customer service and professionalism is second to none. She strives to find an answer to every problem, tackles it with gusto and humor and has been available at all hours for me, due to my work commitments. Honestly have not previously ever had an estate agent experience like Hawks, really impressed!

I recently bought a house from HAWKS. She had provided a great follow up service making sure we were in great hands from start to finish. She managed to secure the house that we wanted and saw to it that we had a relatively smooth journey in the purchasing process and beyond. Andreas Poulloura is the best letting agent I've ever had
Helping me view the flat on incredibly short notice (less than 24 hours) presenting my options to me, rather than turning me away and moving on to the next customer and generally just being a laugh.
From start ot finish he was responsive, kept me in the loop, broke down in detail each of the sections of securing my tenancy.
Even now once I've moved into the flat he responds to my emails and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is known and any problems are solved.

We bought a flat using Martin and Co in March 2020. The agent was a guy called Wayne who went went out of his way to make the process very smooth. The best of it was that he also put is in touch with a guy called Aron who is a builder that then came and painted the whole place for us and did a superb job - he also managed to negotiate with the vendors to have the painting done between Exchange and Completion which was a godsend. I would highly recommend using Martin and Co and if you need a decorator or any type of building job doing after purchase, be sure to ask for Aron’s details!
